How We Prevent Spam
Client education: We regularly provide up to date industry insights into how clients can build clean, confirmed databases as well as email best practices through our blog, resources and customer support.
Spam rate account limits: If a client receives numerous spam complaints, our accounts team works with them to reconfirm their database and ensures they are not sending unwanted emails.
